We collect what you give us on our forms — name, email, phone, and what you're looking for — plus records of calls and texts with your agent, and basic website data.

We use it to answer you, to help you buy, sell or lease, and to meet the record-keeping rules Texas requires of brokerages.

If you give us your number we may call or text you about your inquiry and your transaction. Consent to texts is not a condition of doing business with us. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help.

We do not sell your information, and we do not share mobile phone numbers or text-messaging consent with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes.

We share information only with your agent, the vendors who run our systems, the other parties in your transaction, and anyone the law requires.
